24 June 2025, Taguig City, Philippines — The Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE) proudly welcomes Carelon Global Solutions Philippines as its newest member, strengthening the coalition’s collective mission to promote inclusive and gender-equal workplaces across the country.
Carelon Global Solutions Philippines was officially welcomed by PBCWE last Friday, the 23rd of May, as the coalition’s 50th member, marking the beginning of a meaningful partnership. As a healthcare solutions company committed to a diverse and equitable workplace culture, Carelon expressed appreciation for the opportunity to be part of the coalition and shared their enthusiasm for contributing to the advancement of women’s economic empowerment in the Philippines.

PBCWE Executive Director Julia Abad, for her part, onboarded Carelon on PBCWE’s suite of membership benefits and services, including policy development support, training, and capacity building programs, and access to GEARS or Gender Equality Assessment, Results and Strategies – a data-driven, results-based diagnostic tool that helps companies benchmark their WGE and DEI maturity; and offers actionable recommendations and strategic action plans to support improvement, sustainability, and innovations.
